Wrong debit order amount again
This is my 3rd review in a space of three month and i wont stop till i get justice with cell c. My account have been debited incorrecly for the past three months, its iether wrong amounts or or wrong debit order dates. I realy regret the day i took this contract with cell c.
Even if i ask just for a setllement amount no one came back to me with that settlement amount instead they sent me terms and conditions. Wow this month 20th of november R509.00 was debited from my acount instead of R299.00. i am going to reverse it and they will block my line becuase that is what they are good at. Please can anyone listne to me and understand my frustration.
