Wrong deal captured and delivered
Upgraded my contract 28th November 2020 for samsung A51 with watch. Handset was delivered on Monday 30th November 2020 without the watch. Contacted them immediatly and up until today no feed back. Besides the point that the wrong deal were captured on their system the wrong phone number were upgraded and 14 days later I am still waiting on a positive response and delivery of the watch.

17 Dec 2020, 12:27Since the 14 December I received 1 call from the agent informing me that they will look into it and report back to me before close of business on the 15th December. No feedback and as per agent this morning my case is still under investigation
