wrong deal captured and delivered

Since writing review on the 14th December a consultant phoned and promised that they will get back to be and I am still waiting. Handset was delivered 30th November.

Wrong deal captured and delivered

Upgraded my contract 28th November 2020 for samsung A51 with watch. Handset was delivered on Monday 30th November 2020 without the watch. Contacted them immediatly and up until today no feed back. Besides the point that the wrong deal were captured on their system the wrong phone number were upgraded and 14 days later I am still waiting on a positive response and delivery of the watch.
