Wrong credit feedback on 2 contracts
Wrong assumptions made on my credit score I app**** for 2 applications for phones an i was emailed back that The vetting dept they verified your application unfortunately it was declined due to the account that is in arrears under your name for R7380 .
This IS HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE EVERY MONTH MY ACCOUNTS GETS DEBITED UNDER Ref.Cell C Sp ***.
I have 2 contracts and no outstanding balances have been notified as per feedback received from the helpdesk that no arrears on my account and i have a SUB CONTRACT number *** of which R744.04 gets deducted every month
I want this to be checked end rectified ASAP
