Wrong Contract Package

<p>So I took a contract from a Cell C agent over the phone, we agreed I would geta cellphone, R350 airtime and 3GB data (split 1GB normal and 2GB night) and after the delivery of my package I realised I only get R200 airtime and no data at all. As soon as i noticed(about 2 days after delivery) this I called Cell C and I was told they would look at the matter and get back to me, nobody did. A few weeks later I called Cell C again, and again I was told they would look at it and get back to me and nobody bothered to. Come end of the month I still get debited the amount very close to what we agreed upon when I took the contract even though I was ********** because I don't get what I was promised.</p>
