Wrong Contract Details, I want To Cancel!!!

Today is a Month now, that I am Struggling to cancel a contract with Cell C. They did follow up on previous Complain but send the wrong Documents, I was helped by Slkhumbazu from Cell C Hello peter Department and Danille from Cell C Kolonnade, she is also busy with the area manager but this is taking to long now. I want my signed Contract layout to be send to cell C Kolonnade and Not my CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP. If you guys are going to waist my time any longer then just tell me that the contract is lost so that I can cancel my stuff, I do not want to struggle another month with this **** please... So get you admin up to date and get my Stuff to Cell C colonnade. Or must I go public and say what bad service Cell C is giving, because you guys can buy other people out of there contracts but don't want to cancel ONE CONTRACT. AND THAT YOU CAN'T FIND MY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS... BELIEVE ME YOU DON'T WANT THAT ON YOUR SHOULDERS. I want ANSWERS TODAY PLEASE
