Wrong contract billing

hi<br> <br> Patrick did call me today and said he listerned to the recording and the consultant did give me a R129 contract not the R179 and at the end we agreed that they gonna fetch their fone from me and they will cancell my upgrade contract with Cell c<br> <br> Pity we did not meet any amicable solution and we ended our long relationship with cell which started in 2008 but Patrick was very helpful
