wrong contract

I went to menlyn cell c to purchase tablet for my daughter. I wanted tablet which has internet and can also phone but the consultant sold me the wrong tablet .I have sent my husband to complain about this and even notified the manager Deal who promised to come back to me with the solution .The only thing I want from cell c is to give me tablet which has data and can also phone. Now the manager is not answering my calls while the consultant is dropping my calls.
