Wrong contact deal

I called cell c to see if i qualify for another contract. I then went into the store to pick up the phone and sign the papers for the smartchat 100. I took the booklet in with me to show them what i wanted. I am now being billed for an epic 150 and i am not getting the data n airtime i signed up for. They want me to go back to the store but i am now living in durban.
