Wrong billing (please don't become a Cell C client)

Well, here we go again. I am being threatened with legal action but I don't have a contract with Cell C. My contact came to an end. But I am being threatened because of money I owe. This is my second post on this matter. I just received my second threat. This is nonsense! My advice to people is to never deal with Cell C. Please don't put yourself through this. It's been a never ending nightmare with them. I will go to the cellular ombudsman man if I receive one more threat. I don't have a contract with you. I made my final payment for the contract which I use to have. Now go away.
