Wrong billing or I have been **** to!
I have taken out a GIGA20 contract in January 2014, upon taking it, my understanding is that if I take it out in January I will pay R189 that is for the 12 months and if it was February it would be R199 for 12 months, that is also what the consultant told me! So getting February's bill I was billed R199 as the callcentre informed me. This is not how sales must go it is unacceptable!

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
