Wrong Billing

Since I had my rooter installed three months ago I have problems with the statement of my normal cell phone account. I is very difficult to speak to a consulted if your problem is not related to a cell number. If you speak to a consulted the person cannot assist because they are all ***********. It is very frustrating to try and explain your problem to them. I'm taking my 5 contracts to Vodacom!!!
