wrong amounts debited

Good day,<br> <br> I have logged numerous calls with cells c, after they started debiting my acc more than we agreed.<br> In January i agreed in taking a R79pm WIFI router, for 2GB a month. however the plan selected for was not clearly explained. In my head i thought is a reasonable deal to pay R79 a month and that i can afford it otherwise if its done i can reload it using prepaid. To my Surprise i received a call in February from CellC that i owe R2500 for the router and i asked the lady from R79 to R2500 how is that possible , She then explained to me about the open plan on my contract..... i told her i don t have that kind of money and someone should contact me for payment arrangement (Please note i never refused to pay that R2500 though i knew it was not my fault). <br> March 19- R1507.30 was debited, i stopped and reversed the money immediately<br> March 22- R2276.59 was debited, i stopped and reversed the money immediately<br> April 20 - R3862.88 was debited, i have stopped the debit order and to be reversed.<br> Please explain to me from R79 to R3862.88 within 3 months, how is that possible.<br> Please also note i don t have that kind of money looming around my bank account, and stop debiting my acc
