Wronfully Debited

I have logged a complaint on 31/01/16 Ref no *** and on the 4/02/16 ref no *** after Cell C wrongfully debited money from my account. No one have bothered to call me regarding my query since 31/01/16. Yesterday I called your customer service and was told , my query is still open(what does that even mean) , no proper feedback could be given!!! . This is my 2nd query with Cell C that I have to resort to media correspondence in order to get someone to actually call back as the automated sms states within 24 to 48 hours!!! Once again this is the worst Customer Service i have ever experience! <br>
