WOW!!! What an amazing experience!!!

What started off as being a let down due to the fact that I was looking to join Cell C on a straight up 200 package and being told that \I do not qualify"quickly changed.<br> <br> I could not understand why I did not qualify as I have had a similar contract with Cell C before.<br> <br> I asked the first representative to escalate the matter to a supervisor. Tshimangadzo Dzivhani contacted me and assured me that she will do everything in her power to help me get what I wanted.<br> <br> Not only did she make sure that I got the package I was looking for but also the exact phone I wanted and in the correct color as well as sending me the correct simcard.<br> <br> There was a few bumps along the road which needed to be sorted out however Tshimangadzo went the extra mile to make sure that it was all resolved and kept me up to date with emails and phone calls right up to the end until I was satisfied.<br> <br> She even gave me a courtesy call after everything was resolved to make sure that I was happy with Cell C's service which I happily rep**** to with a big \""YES\"".<br> <br> Cell C truly has a VERY valuable asset in her and as long as she is helping customers I am confident that Cell C will have very happy customers<br> <br> Well done CellC"""
