WOW, CELL C LA LUCIA This review is a bit late. Maybe it's fate, cos so much better things happened, since. I originally went in to cancel my contract. Based on poor service from that store, and then Cell C . I met the manager .Known as Chris. His approach, mannerism and knowledge were some of the issues why I am still a CELL C client. He was willing to advise me to cancel, His approach ,together with his staff's professionalism, changed my mind. He, together with his amazing staff have done so much to help since then. Just a phone call to them, gets them into action. It is amazing to find such great service, when our country is going in reverse when it comes to customer care. Thank you Chris for running a great team. The tree shakes from the top. Keep it up.
