WOW 10 out of 10 for Incompetence

<p>Went to the Cell C shop in Alberton City yesterday. What a horiffice experians, firts of all there is no manager in store , then the staff do not know what they ar doing one said they can help you then when he spoke to the senior or what looked like the senior person the story changed no we cant help you did the contract with Cell C direct phone them. They cant talk to you in English Iam not Zulu or what every language they were speaking Wonder why they have Cell C branches just for show.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to thank Memory the Cell C direct consoltant that riped my mom off you need to get employee of the year wonder how many other pensioner did she ripe off.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell Ce go and listen to your recording ( if it was recorderd) .</p> <p>What I am going to do is cancel the debit order on both my husbands and mothers account we will pay the contract amount for the next 24 month and nothing ells .</p>
