Would you Like C-surance sir??????

I just would like to know why the lady who sold the contract to me asked if i would like to pay R35 extra for C-surance. . . I answered yes. And have been paying the amount given to me every month. . . . Now that i was Hi-jacked yesterday and my contract phone was damaged in the incident, They say at the C-surance call center that i do not have insurance on my handset. . . WHAT THE HELL. . . .
