What a terrible company to deal with.

To sum up my experience....

1. My fiber contract went over to a month to month 2. I gave cancellation 3. I received feedback on my cancellation 4. 5 months later I am still being billed and now have this on my credit record 5. I send angry email 6. Someone responds and tells me they will sort it 7. A month later I am still being billed and told there will be fees payable and nothing has been sorted.

If you're considering using Cell C I would highly recommend you stay as far away as possible.

Very unimpressed.
