Wotsr service as usual

I would like to lay a complaint against Botlhale. I called 3 times and got through to her three times. she dropped me twice. and she actually admitted to it on the 3rd call that she had dropped me.

I am dealing with trying to sort out the fact that i am not able to receive calls and she decided to drop me twice.

On the 3rd call she literally told me that i was pretending to be the client. and instead of trying to make sure that I was actually the client she dropped me. I call that ****phobia. because i have a softer voice i cant possibly be a a man. now cell c needs to tell me why ****phobia is allowed to exist when servicing clients
