Worste customer service ever

<p>Today i went its cellc store in grand parade cape town and had the worse experience ever talking to consultant by the name of shinaaz. She was so rude and uprupt demanding me too go call the manager at the other store telling me she is not going to help me because she already spoke to the other manger and is waiting for her to come up. With her bad attitude and ways not even making a small attempt to try and assist me at she tells me yes she is being difficult and just walks away leaving me you use my own phone and airtime to call the other manager to come up. For myself as a ex employee of this very store i was disgusted not to mention the few other customer's also in the store at the time she even took it so far to influence my dessision to take her behaviour further with when i mentioned it to her. I don't know if this is the type of service provided by cellc as a normal but it surely made me consider who i choose as my service provider moving forward</p>
