WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
I am not happy with the Cell C insurance department ,they have been sending me and mom from piller to post with the Cellphone that was claimed early last month.We were told to pay the access fee amount which we do on Friday and sent the proof of payment as per their request but even now they haven't been able to assist us the only response that we keep on getting is "please forward the proof of payment" .They are so unprofessional and do no take their customers serious as we have already sent the proof of payment 4 times now,,this is unacceptable really because I don't understand what kind of a game they are playing!!!
