Worst when when canceling contracts
Cell C, becarefull of Cell C and cancelling contracts with them
You have to cancel within a time in which i did, but they have to phone you 3 times before cancelling your contract i was given three case numbers

Maybe when your people can leave a name and number then at least we know why you are phoning me, no where in your contract does it state you have to call me 3 times before you cancel my contract
Seriously now i have to pay another month because of your lack of service
I could not do this in store as i had to mail you on a Sunday in which your call centre does not work on a Sunday
