Worst when coming to international roaming

CellC is the worst provider ever. Last year I went oversea and after activating my international roaming is didn’t work. That means I couldn’t do any tour bookings online because Standard Bank wants to send One time pin. No im in Namibia and same issue. No Service after 5 calls with different consultants they referred me to a Supervisor.

The Supervisor said I need to go to a retail store and get a new Sim so they can do Sim swop. What a Joke. The supervisor is just as *********** to think you can get a Cellc sim in a different country.

One consultant said i must dial *106*2#. After I told her it will not work because there’s no Service she said “no sir you don’t need signal to dial this code”

Other consultant asked am I phoning them from the number related to my enquiry after telling her it say no service.

No wander CellC is showing a R337 million loss. Because even the Supervisors knows nothing

This cost me buying a Namibia Sim and requested Standard bank to change my number on the system so that I can receive OTP’s.
