Worst upgrade ever

I had a contract with Cell C, last year November I was called to upgrade, I did opt to upgrade but however they delivered a wrong colour phone, I called Cell C and was advised that it will be collected, with was done the following day ( 08 November 2020) i called many times to make a follow up but all consultants tell me that i should wait for a RMA number, i had sent through the proof of collection to Dineo Motene, I have many ref numbers of consultants promising to call me back but till today nobody can help, in January I called to cancelled the contract, now u just been topped up again with data and airtime, so i am told that i cannot cancel until i get the RMA number, 4 months waiting for assistance, this is the worst service ever, i would not advice anyone to use cell c.
