WORST SIGNAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM RAIN AND CELL C

i had recently taken up a month to month contract and thank god it was a month to month instead of a 24 month binding contract. Firstly let me start by saying that most of these telecom companies that have data deals such as RAIN are completely USELESS. i had a package with cell c and the signal was completely pathetic. however when i moved to randburg i got a rain package and their service is completely mind bending. some of their consultants are uneducated and *********** and cannot comprehend what a clients problem is. then there is the problem of their signal. IT IS UTTERLY USELESS. DO NOT EVER DEPEND ON THEM IN AN EMERGENCY.IF YOU ARE A POTENTIAL CELL C OR RAIN CLIENT PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDERS AS THEY WILL STRIP THE PEACE FROM YOUR MIND.
