Cell C is so disappointing, i called in to blacklist my lost phone but every time i call i get different stories, i cant claim for another phone because of the ITC number that is not provided to me, it is now a week, Always when i call i am being told the case is with legal department, they don't consider the fact that one is without a phone.. WORST SERVICE EVER
