Worst servivce from Cell c Zevenwacht

I took out a new contract with Cell C in Jan 2023 and got two Samsung A73 phones. I then went to Cell C Zevenwacht Mall to purchase two chargers for the phones. The one charger worked but the second one did not work, it warmed up immediately so i took it back. They did not believe me and said i must bring my phone with the charging head and all. So i did that. They took my phone which was on and working and only a few days old and the charging head to go test it at the back and the head got warm blew and damaged my phone. They brought my phone back to the front and it was warm and dead. I feel that due to negligence from the manager, and the sales person who did not believe me my phone no longer work. 4 months later and i am still awaiting a new device or my repaired device, i keep getting excuses after excuses from Feroze thr manager at cell c zevenwacht and nobody is accepting fault, cell c blames sam sung who blames the people who madr the charging heads and while they are fighting i am left paying for a phone i literally had for 1 day. I blame the Cell Vc staff who was negligent in testing my brand new device with a faulty charging head. I noe have to wait months for my phone to be repaired while i am paying for q brqnd new device i dont have. I am deeply disappointed in Cell C and i have been their client for years but i can't wait for this to be over so i can end all ties with them.
