worst service under the sun

I bought airtime to convert to data, after i reloaded the voucher my whole money was gone and when i called cell c customer service i got this rude ladies including their manager who told me i subscribed to some thing.

I tried to explain that i didn't subscribe to anything my sim card stays in my router they insisted that i subscribed then they send me some *133*1# to unsubscribe. So i asked when did i subscribe they couldn't even tell me that saying their system cant tell when a person subscribed. So i failed the *133*1# to unsubscribe only to find the subscription they talking ant says i subscribed the same time i was loading my airtime which means their voucher subscribed for me then took all my airtime.
