Worst service providers and ***** their customers money

Worste service ever. And taking their client's money. I did an early upgrade and was suppose to be still on my old contract until end of Sept. My old contract was an open line. And the new contract is topup. So they did a miggration on my contract and choice the cheapest option. The option is 500mb data thats all. So I do not get anything of my old contract accept 500mb no minutes but I still need to pay over the R1000.00 for my old contract till end of Sept then the new contract will be starting to work. So for two months I will pay them for nothing. Why didn't they do a miggration end of September so I can still use my old contract benefits. So yes they *****ing money from their clients. And worst I've been a loyal customer for almost 7 years. Never pay them late or anything and this is the kind of service I get. Fed up.
