WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

this service provider reigns at the top when it comes to poor service. they are surely consistent at their low level of service they provide to customers so plan ahead when choosing SMELL C.

they promised me a 24- 48 hour turn around for a technician and then after having to phone numerous times many days consecutively they then speak the truth and say oh its 24 -48 WORKING HOURS..... the issue is that i dont have network coverage to make or recieve calls or connect to the internet.... their technical agent closes the ticket stating.... they tried calling and texting me but cannot reach me...... considering the reason for my ticket.... alot of thinking and brains went into the resolution for this matter...WELL DONE CELLC in employing the top Employee for the year..... really impressed with how Cell C never ceases to amaze you with their ****py customer service.....
