WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD!!!!

I am so disgusted dealing with this *********** people at Cell C. they have the worst customer service and attitudes, they take your money, but can not sort out any problems. we are now in month 5 and they still charging me for a contract that was asked to be cancelled already in December over the phone and in January 11th 2021. They even took notice of the mail at first, now I am blocked to reply to any of their mails, they just keep mailing me statements after statements, adding a monthly bill. Please can you cancel my fiber contract as I have now been told that a move order is not posible, it is upsetting since your staff that spoke to me in December told me after clearly checked that there is no fiber in this area, still explained to do a move order and they will change my router to a wifi system with the card currently inside. I then received a notice of arears, which I rep**** to again, and fiber collections then forward my mail with attachments to FibreRetentions to sort it out!!! since then cant mail to any of them and they just keep mailing me demands and new statements. Apart from that, they asked my ID number and then send me a MR. Nicholus Mahare's statement with all his personal details! No REALLY!!!!

The ombudsman will have a field day with YOU CELL C! I HAD ENOUGH, You will now pay for the damage to my credit record and all the stress you put me through!
