Worst service provider in the world.

Cell C are by far the worst service provider in the world. I signed up on a fibre contract 6 months ago on a debit order. They do not run the debit order, they do not call to say your account is in arrears. They simply hand you over and then its your problem to deal with there attorneys. Month on month now for the last 3 months i have been emailing them to rectify. They its sorted and then next month the attorneys call again. The after sales service is non existent. Don not fall for there cheap tricks, the reason they offer cheap products is that there is no support when something goes wrong. If i could rate them a minus 5 I would.
