WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD

After a total of 17 calls, 200 min of airtime, 2 emails, 3 network error logs, numerous complaints on their facebook page and 2 reviews on Hello Peter, I still don't have internet. This is now day 7. I finally found one single competent person last night at 18:00 that told me that there is a problem with the LTE and due to the strike it has not been fixed and there is no time line as to when this will be fixed. In the last 7 days I have had countless people telling me they will escalate my query or they will send an email to such and such department. I have been transferred countless times and more often than not my call were just cut before ever reaching a person or being assisted. Not one single person explained the LTE problem to me until yesterday the 29th of April 2019 and I have been phoning since the 24th of April 2019. I have lost 7 days of data that I can not use, I have used airtime I can't recover on calls I should not have been making due to Cell C's incompetence. I tried canceling my contract last night just to be told that department is closed. Cell C is turning out to be the worst service provider in South Africa, I regret ever getting LTE from them. Worst of all is having to phone them every single day without being assisted or being told what the real story is. You would think that they would at least let the LTE customers affected know what the problem is, but no they would rather leave the PAYING customer in the dark and make promises they don't intend to keep. Not one manager phoned me back after the social media department contacted me about my facebook and Hello Peter reviews. Not one supervisor phoned me back even after leaving my name and number with no less than 5 call center people. Cell C is really the worst service provider.
