Worst service provider in the country

CellC's incredibly pathetic accounts department messed me around for months while I was trying to enquire about a debit order from them that seemed in error.

I'm now trying to apply for a homeloan and CellC has not indicated to the credit bureau that my account was settled 4 MONTHS AGO, which is leading to my homeloan being denied!

This is shameful behaviour from CellC and I want this rectified ASAP
