Worst service provider in SA

I was listed on ITC for the second time with Cell C for paying a day late. I pay via EFT monthly as I have been unable in my attempts to create a debit order. I called them to have this cleared as my account was never in arrears. I then failed my security check so they could not clear the ITC listing. I then proceeded to cancel my contract with Cell C as my contract is now expiring. Even this could not be done due to failed security checks. How is this possible? I want my ITC cleared and then I am cancelling my contracts (yes plural) with Cell C as they are by far one of the most useless service providers in South Africa. And that is saying something.
