Worst Service Provider in SA

I am so tired of having NO SIGNAL all day, every day. Cell C is definitely the WORST service provider in the country. DO NOT CHANGE OVER TO THEM!!! People phone me and can't get through - it goes straight to voice mail. Once, I was trying to phone the police because there were ******* trying to ***** my neighbour's car - I just kept getting \not registered on network"and \""emergency calls only\"" error messages"
