WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!! NEVER EVER GO WITH CELL C
WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER. After struggling from 28 August for them to recognize an EFT payment I made more than 25 emails with the proof of payment. I am now for the last 2 weeks unable to contact them cause they cut me off when I go through to the talking to an agent option.
Went into a store just for the agents friend to call me a white ****** because ehe pushed in the line while I was talking to the agent and minded my own business.
Result I have been without cellphone service for 5 days and still no one helping me. Even paid my latest account not due yet and still no response
STAY AWAY!!

29 Oct 2019, 14:23*** Lorinda Engelbrecht ***. Received confirmation of payment but my phone still off. Also paid the R1450 that is die this month but still off line. Still can't get through to call centre either cause they still cut me off.
