Worst service provider ever!

This must be to worst service provider in South Africa. Calls dropping all the time, bad reception and no Internet connectivity. Everyday with out Internet connection 3 hours plus. Then my new Samsung S20fe is giving problems but they don't want to help. Worst service every! I want my contract cancelled immediately.
