Worst service provider ever!!!!!!

I had a problem with the way they debit and I requested they stop debiting from my account and I'll make cash payments, the consultant refused and informed me what I can't cancel the debit order because I am not unemployed, when I spoke with another consultant she agreed to cancel, dispite cancelling it,they still proceeded to debit from my account, cell c consultants provide different information whenever I call. I ended up requesting a cancellation and I was informed I signed a 24 months contract and thus I cannot cancel it, the consultants clearly lack training as I can cancel the contract , I just have to pay a cancellation fee, furthermore, my contract is a month to month contract and therefore I can cancel it whenever I want ..I requested a copy of the contract and same has not been emailed to me... I was offered a month to contract not a 24 months contract!
