WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER & ******!

Took a contract with Cell C, two months before the end of contract I called asking for settlement amount. It was given to me and all was good. Come following month, I saw a debit order from them which I reversed. This happened many times and every time they debit I would call them and ask what is happening. I spoke to more than 5 people who in turn promised to send me a recording to verify that the day I asked for the settlement, I was not told to call back. I was blamed for not calling back after paying the money. If you paid with their own reference on the same day as directed, why would I call again?. I only knew when I called those lawyers to settle this issue and clear my name that Cell C was supposed to be the one calling me regarding my settlement letter not the other way around. I took contracts with other service providers but I never called after paying their settlement amount. Cell C told me they thought I'm paying an advance on my account. Why would I go and quee at the bank to pay advance after their debit order went through. They further tarnished my name by taking me to their lawyers!. I was treated like some ******** who doesn't acknowledge her debts because they were hiding their own incompetence. They are the worst service provider I ever came across. I'll never take a contract with CELL C Ever! They are ******! I'll stick with other providers who are professional unlike them. I'm certain more people have seen and know their worst service!.
