Worst service provider ever billing is sucks over charging

<p>I have a data contract with cell C paying R99 pm so I put a limit for R50 meaning my monthly premium won't go beyond R159. So now early this month they deduct me over R200 All along I've been paying R159 pm. So I sent a complaint via email the be next they call me they say I called the last year august and I asked them to increase the limit to R200 of which I never did and I asked them to play the recording of that day since they record calls but they couldn't. Then they decided to keep quiet the whole week not attending to my case so now I've taken the case to icasa...Word of an advise please don't take don't take a contract with cell C</p>
