Worst service provider ever

Cell C is by far the worst service provider. I upgraded my account with them and the consultant who assisted me at the Cell C in Goldfields Mall Welkom add a data onto my account without my consent. To this day I have never used these line. Now when I discover about them I am told that I must pay an amount of R 2 140.06.

Cell C expects me to pay for their employees dishonesty. I was also told to drive from Bloemfontein, where I stay, to Welkom and hope that this problem will be solved.

Worse I reported this ***** to their ***** department but to date they have failed to call me. If anyone at this institution can call me to sort this mess out it will be appreciated. My number is ***. ***
