WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!

This is the millionth time I am writing a complaint about Cell C's POOOOOR service! While they go out of their way to mislead you into having them buy out your contract what they don't tell you is how useless their service is! NO internet EVER! After struggling with them for months I still have a maximum of .01kb download speed! I have more than 10GIG on my phone, but it is useless as I NEVER get any decent internet service! They are full of excuses and empty promises about their technicians getting in touch with you and sorting out the problem. and then ...NOTHING! Don't be fooled! They then went as far as to tell me that I should get a black nano sim instead of the blue faulty one they gave me... BIG surprise...ALL of the Cell C stores in Pretoria only have the faulty blue sims...i.e. they are still dispursing faulty useless simcards among the public...if the sim is the problem..which I seriously doubt!
