WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!!!!

i called cell c last week coz i keeo finding new information about the contract i have, i asked for the agreement to be sent to my email last week already nothing yet to come, i have been paying same amount for a contract that reached its 24 month period. waa told someone will contact mr and absolutely nothing. like now i don't know, i even checked my email archives never was the agreement sent to me. NO this has been the worst experience ever had with any company i have ever dealt with. No clear explanations. nothing and i just have to let it be because Cell C refuses ti take accountability. This is happening at my expense and no one at Cell C even cares, i don't know how many times i called to have everything sorted. its always will get back to you until i call them myself. hay this service provider doesn't deserve the license to provide services to customers. they should just close down once. Home affairs is way better than uCell C.
