Worst service provider Cell C

Cell C the Worst service provider and customer care!!! If I could give NO stars I would. Reported my problem to 084135 eight times emailed 4 times to customer care. WHATSAPP many times only refer you back to phone 135! And the irony is there aswer is the problem is lock they will phone you.. 1 week later NO RESULT STILL CANNOT PHONE OUT OR RECEIVE CALLS .and No one at Cell C can help !!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THEM.
