WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!

This is the WORST service provider!!! They double deducted my account in August for July. I went and reversed the one payment and they paid the other amount back to me on the Monday. I made an EFT on the 13th when I noticed it on my bank and phoned them to inform them. End of August they deducted triple the amount from my bank. Again i went to the bank to reverse and made an EFT payment again. I phoned them AGAIN and the useless people in Customer Care said i had to send my bank statements because they don't believe of the first double deduction in July for August. AFTER 7 emails where the POP's was send and so many PHONE CALLS - NO CALLS BACK from them and they SUSPENDED MY LINES today!!!! I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACTS ASAP!!!! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE FROM A PROVIDER TO A CUSTOMER!!!
