Worst service provider!

On 1/09/2020 I call in to cancel my contract and was advised that I need to serve a 30 days notice and that my cancellation date will be effective 01/10, Fine I understood.

Now my problem is why am I being debited the full amount whereas the statement I received August states that I’m done paying DEVICE COMMITMENT FEES and I should be only paying for the month to month benefits.

On the 25th of September you debited the full amount which doesn’t make sense.

I called on today and I was told that you are still going to debit on the 25th of October.

How does all this work because it doesn’t make any sense to me. ??

Cell C is the worst service provider ever.
