Worst service provider

Good day. I am very disgusted in the way Cell C fibre has been handling my account. Firstly there was an error on their system which cancelled all debit orders last year December. I made arrangements for them to re-instate the debit order February this year. They did not and only fixed their system last week, and without notifying me, they deducted the full amount. What type of service is this?
