Worst service provider

I have been a customer with cellc for 20 years plus and the service provided by cellc is shocking needless to say. I was contacted to upgrade 3 of my contract lines on the 29th of May. The consultant Jeremy said it's a 1 day only deal. Which I did. I have to date not received 2 handsets yet being billed for it. After numerous calls and no one that can assist. I'm told cellc only has team leads but they don't call you back. There are no business or general managers as per the agents, no wonder the service is so **** because no one takes accountability and the team leads don't call you back. I need all 5 of my contracts cancelled and a reimbur*****t of my installment for the 2 lines where I have not yet received the handsets. STAY AWAY NO AFER SERVICE OR ASSISTANCE, CALL ME TO CANCEL ALL DEALING, SO I CAN GO WHERE I AM VALUED AS A CUSTOMER.
